We want to inform you that your pharmacy benefits manager, MaxorPlus, is currently experiencing a claims adjudication outage due to a technology issue from a third-party vendor. This issue affects prescription processing and related activities across their systems.
MaxorPlus has assured us that this is not a cyber-attack, and no PHI has been compromised. MaxorPlus and their third-party vendor are actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible, and we will keep you updated as they make progress toward full resolution.
