Thank you for your patience as Maxor Plus Rx worked 24/7 with their adjudication vendor to resolve the claims processing downtime that resulted from a server failure in their environment this past weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.
We are happy to report that claims are successfully processing. If any members paid cash at the pharmacy during the outage, you may request reimbursement by completing the Direct Reimbursement Form. In some cases, pharmacies may be able to resubmit claims; however, most reimbursements will be processed through MaxorPlus.
