New Mobile App for the Welfare Fund

Automatic Sprinkler Local 281, U.A. Welfare Fund is partnering with Viveka Health to bring a Mobile App to the Participants of the Fund. With the Viveka Health App, you will have instant access to your eligibility, medical information, and a whole lot more:
- Digital ID Cards that can be sent directly to your physician
- Rx History
- Medical History
- Search for Providers
- Medical Claims
- Get Notifications
- Work History
Get started! It’s Simple.
1. Download the Viveka Health app via the QR code or in the App Store /Google Play Store.
2. Within the app select Sign Up, enter your information, and tap Register.
* Please note: the work hours data contained within the mobile app is for 1999 and beyond, when the Welfare Plan was converted from paper to digital.
Viveka Health will text or email you an invite to join the app, if you have your cell or email on file with the Fund. This app is available to active members and early retirees, their spouses and adult eligible dependents.
