We regret to inform you of the passing of David Kosiek, Sr., a Lifetime Member.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at St. Symphorosa Church, 6135 S Austin Ave, Chicago, with a Funeral Mass beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, 7200 Archer Rd, Justice, IL.
